Stoopid genetic makeup!
So i got a call from Chris Fountain at the Clinical Trials department at Providence Medical Center. They got very good, measurable scans of my tummy tumors, but I don't have the antigen required for the clinical trial I was scheduled to go into. Bah!
Chris is sending me via email more information about some other trials. More reading dry, bland medical information. We will likely make a decision for our next step tonight.
More to come later this week...

Hi Dave and Cheryl-
My mom has been keeping us up-to-date on your progress. My girl, Wren, keeps me so busy it is hard to think past our front door. It is good to finally get on your BLOG and know the details of "bitey." I am so sick about this and sorry. It seems that you are finding ways to stay occupied and cheery. I am sorry I didn't know you were in Portland or we would've come and visited. I have thought of you so many times in the past 6 months-what an insane journey. On to plan C. Yes, John went to the caucus and spoke for Obama. Let's hope stem cell research gets legitimized. We love you. Ashley, John, and Wren
